Our Receiver Pays service is a fantastic way to assist your business in replenishing stock or simply reducing some of your freight costs.  If one of your suppliers is charging you high fees for deliveries, we can help.  Whether your supplier is around the corner or the other side of Sydney, Go Logistics can arrange a pickup from their location and bring it back to your doorstep, all with just one phone call or a few clicks of your mouse.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all Receiver Pays jobs are picked up there is the rare occurance that the goods are not ready at the time of pickup.  To try and avaoid this please make sure you follow these easy steps:

Make sure that your goods are ready to be collected before booking the pickup.

Check the opening and closing times of the pickup point.  If we are aware they are closing before 5pm we will try to collect the goods.

Inform the pickup point that Go Logistics is collecting the goods and ask to have them ready at the courier collection area of their warehouse.

Advise the operator when booking the location of the items ie. Reception or Despatch.

Advise the operator of any pickup references or order numbers the driver may need to quote when collecting your goods.

We will always try to avoid futile pickups.  If our drivers have followed the instructions on the booking and the goods are still unable to be collected a futile charge of one coupon may be required.
