Although we hope you will never need it, Go Logistics provides the "Go Logistics Guarantee" for all parcels travelling throughout the Sydney Metropolitain area, the Blue Mountains, Central Coast & Wollongong.  This guarantee is included in the price of the coupons.

Our guarantee covers each coupon for $1500.00 to a maximum of $3000.00 per consignment.  Please ensure that you have read the terms and conditions of the guarantee as stated below.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ

BASIS OF SETTLEMENT - Cost value (less GST & Sales Tax) (Cost Value = purchase price less wear & tear, depreciation and labour.  The customer MUST provide proof of purchase and coupons will be supplied to the cost value.

WARRANTY - All goods must be packed or the guarantee will be void.

LIMIT - Any one consignment shall be guaranteed for $1500.00.  Extra cover up to a maximum of a further $1500.00 can be obtained by placing an additional full coupon on the consignment.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY - Go Logistics Pty Ltd, the Contractor or their Agents exclude all liability for non delivery, missed delivery, delay in delivery and any consequential loss, damage or injury irrespective of whether such loss, damage or injury occurred as a result of breach of contract, negligence, want of care, misconduct or any other cause whatsoever.

ITEMS NOT COVERED - The following items are not covered under this guarantee:-

Cash

Jewellery

Items of personal or sentimental value

Antiques

Electrical Items (damaged due to manufacturer's defects)

Consignments sent outside the Sydney Metro, Central Coast, Wollongong & the Blue Mountains areas

Any consignments sent on coupons not paid for within the trading terms shown on your invoice
